AD Concept: The commercial is encouraging people to register to vote in the midterm elections. A parent is getting their children ready to go to school in the morning, and they interact with all sorts of things that public policy and voting affect. (ex. Water faucet: EPA and local water utility policy, USDA food inspector, FDA for food and drugs, etc.).
